New Year, New Me?
I do not like to call it "New Year Resolutions" because then I don't follow them. Instead I call them New Year Goals! My goals for 2015 are:
- feel comfortable in my skin
- be more confident
- remember to BREATHE!
- work hard all day, every day!
I feel that I can achieve these goals by working out, staying fit, and eating healthy. I'm not going to lie this winter break has taken its toll on me with all the delicious food and the awful snow! To start getting back in the hang of things I recently started to use the Nike+ Training Club & I love it! They are amazing workouts and really get me sweating! If you are looking for an app to get addicted to make it NTC!
